The Jungle System is a light-weight combination of a selection of components from the Soldier System. The soldier can adjust his equipment according to the mission and doesn't forfeit agility due to over-bearing.

With the Jungle System the soldier is equipped for a variety of situations and missions. The compatibility of the single components with each other allow for multiple configuration options of the gear, according to the goal and nature of the task given. The Jungle Yoke and War Belt with MOLLE allows the attachment of pouches and gear directly close to the body. The DWD Exospine enables weight transference between the shoulders and the hips, improving comfort and agility when wearing the 40 Liter General User Daysack, which stores equipment for multiple days, or the 17 Liter Assault Pack. Alternatively, the 17 Liter Assault pack can be mounted via heavy duty zippers directly to the Jungle Yoke. The 3 Liter Hydration Pack keeps the soldier hydrated during the mission and can be inserted in or mounted on the 40 Liter General User Daysack, or attached directly via zippers to the Jungle Yoke.
